Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with AquaBlast! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.


Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently offer standard shipping on all orders:

  • Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days

  • Tracking provided on all orders

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.


Where We Ship

AquaBlast currently ships to customers across the United States. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Carrier operational disruptions

AquaBlast is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside of our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution for you.

We may ask for photos of any damage to assist with the claims process. AquaBlast reserves the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. AquaBlast is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at aquablastclub@gmail.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee this once processing has begun.
